Located in the safe walkable village of the Knox District of Dallas this building is private, comfortable and this assures our guests quite enjoyment. Centrally Located Close to Almost Everything - Very Clean - Fully Furnished - good closet space - kitchen with all the cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery needed - Free utilities, cable TV, WiFi, on-site parking, laundry facilities and even a private mailbox. We Offer Weekly and Monthly Discounts -
The apartment has been recently refurbished from top to bottom with a convenient workspace.

The location of the building is private, comfortable and this assures our guests quite enjoyment. The studio style apartment is perfect for a person or a couple, freshly redone from top to bottom. All new are the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and a new queen size bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, and lots of closet space.

Katy Trail, Only three blocks away, it is a 15 mile long walking, jogging and biking trail
We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center - the Klyde Warren Park which is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway - George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs
Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.
