A brand new addition to the east side, with 2,200 square feet of modern luxury. An expansive living room welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door, complete with a fully equipped kitchen designed with stunning one-of-a-kind fixtures, marble countertops, and a large island. There's a large capacity dining table, and a designated laptop friendly workstation. There's a smart TV for your entertainment, and roomy furniture to kick back and relax on. The clean, contemporary interior finishes create a warm, inviting space throughout the entire home.
You can add BBQ to your menu, thanks to the outdoor grill, located on the ground level furnished patio. You'll also find a fire-table here, perfect for gathering around for a pre-dinner drink. Step off the covered patio area and onto your turf yard, complete with umbrella shading, and family favourite games including Connect-4.
The games continue inside on the second level, where you'll find an additional living area complete with old school arcade games, an air hockey table, and big screen smart TV. Step out onto the attached covered patio, and you'll find a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop lounge with fantastic views of the city, and a firepit to cozy up around.
The beautiful primary King bedroom is located on the second level, and has a luxurious ensuite and standalone tub, plus huge walk-in closet. There is also another King bedroom bedroom on this floor, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The Queen bedroom is located on the ground level of the home and has plenty of natural light. There is also another full bathroom on the ground level as well. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, wifi, fresh linens and fluffy bath towels. We've even got in-home laundry machines and free onsite parking for your convenience.
You'll be surrounded by parks, and nearby Boggy Creek Greenbelt, which covers 89 acres with open fields & shady areas, suitable for picnicking & walks. There's also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping within walking distance.
The Neighborhood:
East Austin's Rosewood neighbourhood is in Travis County and is one of the best places to live in Texas. In Rosewood there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
Rosewood is also home to several parks, including Rosewood Park, which features a swimming pool, a playground, and a walking trail.
