Renovated cozy home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a game room, and more. 1 King-size bed, 2 Queens, and 1 full size bed. 2 shower/tubs. Living room features 2 leather sofas that can act as extra sleeping areas if needed (not "sleeper sofas"- but super comfy!). Dining room hosts a table big enough for 8 people. Full kitchen. Outside, enjoy an open patio with outside seating, outside grill, fire pit, cornhole and jumbo Jenga, as well as a private playground for the kiddos.

- King-sized bed in spacious room, walk-in closet, 55" smart TV, private bathroom, full shower/tub. The walk-in closet also has a Pack And Play with a mattress if needed as well as a fold up twin bed if needed.

Pets are permitted for a $69 nonrefundable fee per pet. Any damages from pets will need to be reimbursed by client.
