One of the most prestigious homes and locations in Reunion Florida, this 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath home is located on a quiet street, accommodates up to 12 guests and has been freshly painted, received upgraded mechanical systems, LED lighting and a quality designer’s touch with a balance of style, comfort and relaxation in mind. Five spacious en-suite bedrooms provide ample sleeping for the entire family, and granite counter tops are throughout the home. Enjoy the west facing back yard with private swimming pool/spa – the afternoon/early evening sun shines on the back yard. You could also spend time relaxing in the billiards room playing pool on the 8’ regulation slate Brunswick table, or play chess or checkers. If you prefer, you can even watch movies in our Star Wars themed home theater boasting a 130” projection screen, top grain leather power reclining seats and Bose speakers.
The first floor hosts a Master Suite with a king bed, elegant wood flooring, ceiling fan and large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, separate shower, walk-in closet and separate toilet. Sliding doors open to the Lanai, Pool and Golf view. The first floor also has tall ceilings and crown moulding throughout, and holds the Family Room with decorative only fireplace, Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Breakfast Area, separate Formal Dining Room, Billiards room, Theater, guest Powder Room, stone columns and unique Conversation/Sitting area in the Atrium. A single HVAC unit and thermostat cools and heats this level, plus a separate control cools the main level Theater.
The second floor has four additional bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and private en-suite baths, as well as a desk area and separate laundry room with a new Maytag Washer and Dryer. Two separate HVAC units with thermostats cool and heat this level.
The Private Pool area with a west facing Golf and Reunion Grande Hotel View hosts a large table with rocker seating, another seating/conversation area, as well as lounge seating and a large Weber BBQ grille included.

So, we offer the ability to personally meet you at the home so you can start your vacation immediately. The caretaker of the home resides near Reunion and is available 24/7 with a direct line to his cell phone to accommodate you and your family should any need arise.
