This is a lovely 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath villa that has been recently renovated and impeccably cared for. The outdoor pool space has plenty of room to relax for al fresco dining, lounging by the pool in one of the 5 chaise lounges or relaxing under the umbrella in the large sectional.
If indoor entertainment is more of your desire, the home provides a gourmet well-appointed kitchen with bar stools, a dining table with seating for 8, and a spacious living room with comfortable seating for all!
The newly revamped and redesigned movie theater comes with a brand new XBox system, 3 Mario Cart games, 2 flight simulators and 3 arcade games. Enjoy watching a movie on the enormous movie screen while relaxing into the comfortable leather chairs.
For an added entertainment area and for the ones who love to play pool table enjoy the newly created Andrew’s Irish Pub in the upstairs loft.
All bedrooms have their own TV, and the property boasts 3 king size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two themed kids bedrooms (Lion King and Frozen) a gourmet kitchen, and large living spaces to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The two upstairs master bedrooms both have attached and furnished patios as well as their own mini-fridge and coffee-makers to enjoy your morning Joe! If you prefer to enjoy your beverages inside, each of the upstairs master bedrooms also have their own seating area.
