Enjoy your visit to London in this newly renovated two-bedroom basement apartment! It is centrally located, within walking distance to nearby grocery stores, and minutes drive to downtown. It is also a 10-minute walk to Victoria Hospital!
You will have your own private entrance. Enjoy luxury vinyl tiled floors, brand new pillowtop mattresses, and a beautiful tiled shower. The kitchen is equiped with brand new appliances, cabinets, and quartz countertops.
The host lives upstairs and will be readily available if there are any questions/concerns.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. PARKING: Parking on the street is free overnight between Victoria Day and Labour Day long weekends for 12 hours max.

ENTRANCE: The entrance to the unit is in the back through the wooden gate. Simply enter the 4-digit code I sent you. Please lock up behind you! To lock on your way out, you can press the top 'Schlage' button or enter the 4-digit code.
COOKING: Please use only rubber or wooden utensils when cooking with the nonstick pans to protect their surface.
DISHWASHER: Everything is dishwasher safe EXCEPT the sharp Ikea knives and nonstick pans. Detergent pods are in the blue container in the drawer below the sink. Please use the eco or 1-hour dishwashing setting.
TRASH AND RECYCLING: The two black bins to the left of the trash bin are recycling bins. Please recycle! A recycling guide is on the fridge. Please empty your trash and recycling at the end of the driveway when full.
BATHROOM: You are each welcome to take a wash cloth in the bottom right drawer.
BEDROOMS: If you have recently dyed your hair, applied spray tan, got a new tattoo, or anything that changes the natural colour of your body, please change my white sheets for the black sheets in the closet of the larger bedroom.
SAFETY: In case of fire, each bedroom has a window through which most people should be able to escape.
THERMOSTAT: You are welcome to adjust the temperature within reason. To have access to the thermostat, please send me your email address.
PARTIES/SMOKING/DRUGS: Not allowed I'm afraid. Sorry!
CHECK OUT: Please empty your trash and recycling. Please ensure that you have not accidentally packed my kitchenware and charging cords. Please do not lock the door at the bottom of the stairs.
