Charming and cozy 2-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Wortley Village! This unit in a duplex is located in a quiet and family-friendly area. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of great restaurants and local shops that are sure to satisfy all the cravings.
This fantastic place is excellent for both short and long-term stays! We offer a cozy work station, washer and dryer in the unit, comfortable bedrooms for restful sleep, as well as 2-car parking. Come stay with us!
This newly renovated 2-bedroom unit is one of the two in the charming building. It features a full kitchen, dedicated workspace to stay productive and inspired, a large living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as 2 large and cozy bedrooms with 2 double beds. In addition, we offer a complimentary Wi-Fi and a 2-car parking (in tandem) to our guests.
The suite can accommodate up to 6 guests. The 2 bedrooms feature double beds that can each comfortably sleep 2 people, as well as there is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 more guests.
The unit can be accessed from the back of the building through the backyard. The entrance door has a key-pad panel for ease of entry. The guests can have access to all the areas within the unit and backyard. A 2-car parking in tandem is available to our guests (one car can be parked in front of the other). Parking is to the right of the building from the street-view perspective.

**A surcharge of $200.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
-NO SMOKING, vaping, marijuana, hookah, candle, incense burning, or any open fire within the unit, the front porch or the backyard
**Smoking indoors or any open fire will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.**
- NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**
-LAUNDRY
- Please use conservatively. No large, bulky, or hard objects.
**IMPORTANT: Please leave washing machine door slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.**
- GARBAGE is to be separated, bagged, sealed, and thrown out in the appropriate bins. Garbage (black bin), Recycling (blue bin). Please put all waste from the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins
- PARKING is available for TWO vehicles on the paved driveway. Parking spots are in tandem (one car can be parked behind another). The driveway is to the right of the house.
-THERMOSTAT/AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT
- The house has central AC and heating. The thermostat is located on the main floor in the kitchen and the temperature is held between 21 - 23.5 Celsius (70- 73 F).
- BROKEN KITCHENWARE. We understand that sometimes kitchenware gets accidentally broken or chipped, thus we always appreciate our guests letting us know promptly so we can reconcile the situation before our next guests arrive. Your honesty and the willingness to replace or financially compensate for such instances are greatly appreciated.
-MOVING THE FURNITURE. Please do not move indoor furniture outside, as it will cause damage.
-INVENTORY CHECK. Our team performs an inventory check after every guest departure. If any of the items have been removed from the property, the replacement cost plus 20% will be charged to the guest, in order to cover the wages of the team member who needs to go purchase a new item(s) prior to the next guests arriving.
-ACCESSIBILITY. Unfortunately, it is not a wheel-accessible building, as there are a few steps to access the unit and a staircase leading to upstairs bedrooms.
-LONG-TERM STAYS. Guests staying for >5 days will be responsible for consumables after the initial reserve has been used and the cleaning of the unit during their stay.
-NOISE LEVELS. We ask our guests to respect others in regards to noise levels, as it is a duplex and there are other guests staying in the neighboring unit.
