Summary: I knew this was a working farm but I didn’t expect construction noise and no water upon arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable but not sound proof at all. You can hear the other guests in the common spaces as well as getting up in the night. The opening and closing of doors is not quiet. You’ll also hear the staff in the early morning making breakfast and other guests chatting. Breakfast was disappointing. I thought it was going to be a delicious big farm breakfast. It was 2 overcooked hard boiled eggs, toast, a very small dish of yogurt, a couple of cherry tomatoes and green onions. There were also mediocre scones. Unfortunately, i I can’t say I found our stay relaxing nor peaceful. And the mosquitoes…!!! Oh well, we tried something different. It just wasn’t for us.
