The two-level end unit is shaded and secluded, set back from the community pool to provide peace and privacy.

Las Begonias sits on the north end of the Las Palmas neighborhood and offers quick access to the beach. You're literally across the street from the ocean. The complex is also just steps from great restaurants like Cafe de Playa, Alma Santa Cocina Latina at PACIFICO Beach Club and Restaurante Mar Azul.
Just a 5-minute walk gets you to Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur; 2 large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. The complex has a large, covered rancho area with a dining table that seats 6, as well as a beautiful community pool surrounded by lush, tropical flora.
