Summary: The apartment was exactly as listed. The only potential negative is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb 40 stairs from the parking garage to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and housekeeping came in weekly to refresh at no additional cost to us. The unit is perched on a hill about 300 meters from the 4 pools. Rather than having to walk back in the heat of the day, we opted to drive to the pools. There is plenty of parking close by. There are rental golf carts in the town area available which may be a less expensive option than renting a car if you plan to limit your stay to the immediate area. The Coco beach area is very nice, though we largely opted to drive to a number of other local beaches. The owner was very attentive to any and all of our communications. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family. The only negative is that the internet in Costa Rica is a bit unreliable.
