• The living room opens onto a terrace protected from view. The private garden with trees is very pleasant. The family pool ensures a friendly size in summer 10 x 5. You will have several garden furniture and sun loungers and deckchairs for lazing around as well as an electric barbecue for grills and kebabs.
• The Sainte Victoire site is unique and protected. The forest of Aleppo pines and oaks will surprise you with its flora and fauna.
• The place is picturesque and you will be able to make unforgettable discoveries there if you let yourself be caught in the game of your curiosity. Unique known discoveries (dinosaur eggs, fountains, castles and vineyards) but also unparalleled cultural and artistic activities (festivals, museums, theaters and attractions). Walking, cycling, and relaxing swimming can be done directly from the house (loss of pounds +++ if you go up and down on foot or by bike).
