This beautiful one-of-a-kind custom full log home is located with private frontage on Green Lake in Interlochen, MI. Lakefront property with brand new dock. Just steps away from Interlochen State Park, Interlochen Center of Arts, and minutes away from Traverse City, MI. Meticulously maintained cabin with 3300 square feet of space to accommodate guests. Four bedrooms with bonus sleep area in basement, 3 full bathrooms and a half bath. Decorated with quality rustic and Arhaus furniture. Beautiful inside sunroom area and upper deck area that you can watch gorgeous sunsets over the lake. The house has a lot of character including stained glass windows, wood floor inlays, front entry stone fountain and a bathroom river rock sink on a cedar rock pedestal. Kitchen backsplash tiles created by Interlochen Art Academy students. We are very pleased to announce that in the spring of 2018 we added air conditioning on the main floor! Green Lake is a beautiful clear lake with a sandy bottom. The fishing is great! Activities include fishing ( poles and tackle box provided), swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks and life vests provided), biking (2 bicycles provided), fire pit, and the world renowned Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Interlochen State Park are less than one mile away. The Interlochen Center of Arts has many concerts throughout the summer. Many local restaurants including Hofbrau, Bud's and Maddy's Tavern. Traverse City downtown is only 20 minutes away with great restaurant and shopping options. Wineries in Leelanau Peninsula are within 30 minutes and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake Shore is 42 minutes away. Crystal Mountain Ski Area is 20 minutes away. Tom's Food Market located only 3 miles away.
