Positive: The view from the sand towards the water was amazing! It was nice to have use of the kayaks and paddle boat. Bedding and towels were clean. Sauna and hot tub were great.
Negative: The pictures and write up are deceiving or just very outdated. The ceiling has had really bad water leaks, there are cobwebs and spiders all in the house. The dock is 3/4 of the way taken down due to old/not safe planks. The house was very dusty and part of the stove doesn’t even work. The house does not look inviting as it has been neglected and needs to be sprayed down probably at least once a year. Since there is no A/C, there are multiple floor fans throughout the house for use. The fans in the house have never been cleaned. Strands of dust hanging off of them and some didn’t even work. It is the little things like, mow the yard and have the cleaners sweep the back deck of the sand from the previous users.
Summary: Great location. Place could use some TLC. Beautiful sunsets!
