Furthermore, there's 1 Large Sectional Sofa and Futons where anyone can sleep. The 3 Futons can be laid down to create a twin-sized bed. Adventurous group can easily sleep 18-20 people in this house

Guest access
There is a small studio with their own private entrance on the left side of the house. They have their own yard and everything and they do not share anything with your group. The studio is another short-term rental. In summary, it's only your group who will have access to the entire 5-bedroom home.

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.
• Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events
• Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.
