Positive: The house was lovely. Communication could have been better.
Negative: I was double charged & my money STILL has not been refunded to me. The owner said he doesn’t handle it, but I’d love to know WHO took the extra money from my account & when it will be returned. I don’t want to file a claim with booking.com because I thought whoever handles payments would do the right thing, but I’m not sure what else to do.
Summary: The stay was great, but I want my money back & an explanation for why I was charged double.
