Beautifully furnished the large bright hallway leads to a luxurious shower room and through to the open plan living space. The newly fitted kitchen/family room with its central island, sofa and TV, is perfect for preparing family meals to be enjoyed round the large dining room table in the conservatory. This wonderful light space offers stunning views out to sea, the bay is a popular haunt of seals and dolphins and they can often be spotted, an ideal place to just relax with a glass of wine while you soak up the view. The sitting room is full of character with A frame beams, and a wood burning stove in the stone Inglenook, which ensures a cosy feel on those chillier evenings round the TV, French doors open to the paved terrace which offers the most panoramic views of the coast. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one opening to its own paved courtyard, while the stairs from the living space lead up to 2 further bedrooms and another luxurious bathroom nestling in the eaves.
