Positive: Good location. Easy access, all on one level. Recently refurbished. Lots of extras like washing up liquid, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the shower, foil in the drawer, salt and pepper etc. Well equipped. Nicely redecorated. Recent bathroom renovation. Large living room and good sized bedrooms.
Negative: Beware no towels!! We were caught short, not even a hand towel. Brand new shower and bathroom, but badly laid out... too small to swing a cat and with new wall shelving that you bang yourself on while drying and something on every wall inside the shower, so you can't actually turn around or wash without knocking something off or hurting yourself. Separate toilet, hut no hand basin, so then had to go into the bathroom to wash your hands. Double bed foam, I think, so I ended up with a bad back by the 4th night. Cheap paper duvet, so far too hot. Moved into the single room, which was better. Dog dirt left from a previous guest in the garden, which was untidy and full of weeds. Very old cooker and boiler and grubby inside kitchen cupboards, which was rather off-putting when preparing food. With a few tweaks, this could be a great little bungalow. Over-priced, though, for the current state it's in.
