Nestled inside the barn, your private suite is surrounded by farms, horses and lots of serenity. Your cozy accommodation includes a kitchenette, two sleeping areas, a patio, fire pit, grill, car port and more. Just steps away, you'll play with friendly goats. Two Grooms Farm is a peaceful, warm and inviting place without the rustic grit and dirt of some farm-stays. We have friendly farm animals including chickens, turkeys, guinea, goats and two donkeys that you'll be happy to interact with. Be careful, animals playfully bite.
Guests are welcomed to use the RV port & hook-ups, private garage, pastures, fire-pit, swing and furnishings. There is no access to the main house, pool or main house barbecue.
Guest must be aware that there are animals in and around the barn at all times. Light sleepers may be disturbed by the call of a hungry goat at or the call of a rooster at early dawn. Thirty-three decibel ear buds are provided upon request.
There is a honeybee hive on property. The bees are not aggressive and are hard to notice as they are a great distance from your guest area. If you have concerns or are allergic to bees, please feel free to message us for clarification.
Please, absolutely no smoking indoors, in barn, on patio, in garage, in RV port, at the pool or around animals. Smoke in open, uncovered areas and properly extinguish and dispose of cigarette wrappers, buds and match sticks. We have found butts on the ground and find that extremely irresponsible and offensive. We are a 100% recreational drug-free property. We often have children on property. Again, no drugs please. Drink responsibly.
