Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the room was clean, comfortable, and your hospitality was much appreciated. Thank you again for your warm welcome. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
Negative: However, as overseas visitors, we found the process of collecting and returning the key somewhat inconvenient. Being unfamiliar with the local area and procedures, it was especially challenging to walk the 12 minutes between the key pickup location and the apartment, particularly while carrying large luggage. For future guests, installing a security code or smart lock for direct apartment access would greatly improve convenience and save time. Additionally, we found the 10:00 am check-out time to be a bit early, especially given the need to manage our luggage after checking out. A slightly later check-out time would make the experience even more comfortable for visitors.
Summary: Clean and comfortable apartment, but the pick-up and return of the key can be improved.
