The Space:
This Tuscany holiday home is well equipped and has been comfortably and tastefully furnished. It has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, a large proportion of which is covered with 1500 olive trees. In total the interior living space measures approximately 450 square metres.
Outside, there is a large, beautiful garden and barbecue area as well as a private swimming pool. The pool measures 12 x 5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.4 metres. It is fenced off and has a changing room, WC and solar heated shower. For those travelling with children, there is a children's play area with a seesaw and a slide.
On the ground floor of this Tuscany holiday home there is a large lounge with dining area and a living room with a fireplace. It offers direct access to the outside terrace. Adjacent to this room, there is a bathroom with shower and access to a mezzanine with a double bedroom. Electricity usage is included up to 300KW per week. Sensible weekly use of air conditioning should not exceed 300 KW per week but any use over and above this is payable based on consumption at a rate of 0.60 euros per kWh. Heating costs 2 euros per cubic metre and is also payable locally when applicable.
