WALK TO BEACH/FREE WIFI Tuscan Villa is our family beach house that we would love to share with you. A short 5 minute stroll to the beach or 3 minute car ride to famous South Beach and the Village for all your amenities. Tuscan Villa is an entire double storey house with electric security front gates and high hedged trees for privacy. There’s no shortage of space in this house. Inside is an open plan living and dining. Backyard features a large paved veranda with bbq and grass area with cubby house to keep the kids entertained. Ample off street parking for cars and watercraft. Bedroom configuration: Upstairs- master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with double shower and large walk in robe. Also a Juliette balcony. This is a very large room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built in robe. Bedroom 3 has a single over double bunk bed and another single bed and a built in robe. All upstairs bedrooms have heating and aircon. Downstairs features a 4th bedroom with queen bed. Downstairs has another bathroom with shower and toilet and all living spaces. The lounge has an open fireplace (some wood supplied) and large plasma tv with streaming platforms, toy cupboard for kids also. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and coffee machine ( some coffee supplied) new induction top oven and double door fridge. All new cutlery and crockery. All new towels (beach towels) and linen supplied for your stay. Self check in via the key box gives you flexibility on your arrival. This house will accommodate large groups or families wanting to share space while on holidays. Child security gate provided at stairs. Port-a-cot with linen available for $30 during your stay. This house is very easy living and situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. Place all waste in bins prior to leaving, ensure the house is left tidy, wash and put away dishes and Bbq clean. All toys to be packed away in cupboard, all heating, cooling and lights to be turned off prior to departure. Please note to book this house you will be required to provide ID such as drivers license and your address and a refundable $500 bond amount. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11pm
