Relax listening to the sounds of the bird life and ocean or take the coastal walk to Mt Martha's famous South Beach and cafe scene or drive a short distance to the boutique shopping precinct of Mornington's Main Street, beach and sailing club. The luxe and modern queen bedroom is well appointed, with 2-seater lounge, dining for 2 and TV and access to a gorgeous private garden opposite the beach. A modern designed bathroom ensuite includes a shower/toilet/vanity with an adjacent kitchenette inclusive of a Coffee Machine, Microwave, Bar Fridge, Hot Plate, Air Fryer and Sink.
The studio has a large walk-in robe also hosting an iron, ironing board and clothes hanger, extra blankets and pillows.
