Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily choose it again. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the main park and the famous sanatoriums, while still being in a quiet area where you can relax. The apartment is spotless, very cozy, and tastefully furnished. Everything looks brand new and has clearly been well taken care of. The beds was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all the facilities worked perfectly. I especially liked how comfortable and homely the apartment felt—it didn't feel like a typical rental but rather like staying in someone's thoughtfully prepared home. The host was one of the highlights of my stay. She is an incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind person who genuinely cares about her guests. From the moment I arrived, she made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer questions or help with anything. Her hospitality made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a clean, modern, comfortable place in a great location with an amazing host, I can highly recommend staying here. I would definitely book this property again on my next visit.
