There are amazing modern details that will give you a home-like feeling. Although there is no kitchen, the place has a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave with supplies. You can enjoy the sunny days while drinking coffee on the beautiful patio outside. You will also have a private bathroom with a shower and be provided with all the little things you need for a comfortable stay: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and fresh towels!

Cortez Hill is truly incredible. It sits at the top of a hill that only spans about 2 blocks, lending itself to spectacular views, a clean and safe neighborhood, and a quick route to visit other areas in the city.
The immediate 2 blocks are also super convenient. There's an amazing coffee shop, Achilles, a dry cleaning place, a yoga studio (Thursday walk-ins right now for $5 at 9 am), and a quickie mart that has all sorts of "oops, I forgot" travel items, beverages, wine/beer, frozen food, some produce, and small snacks.
Beyond the 2 blocks, We are SO CLOSE to all the action while not being immersed in it directly.

- There are rentable bikes and scooters EVERYWHERE in popular San Diego areas now - via the app called LIME Bikes, Ofo, Bird. You can ride them and leave them anywhere. Lots of tourists and locals are using them - they just arrived!

Our building is a furnished-room complex that offers excellent value, location, and hospitality to San Diego locals and world travelers alike. Our tenants are international students, young professionals, and some semi-retired folks.
Street parking is available. Parking on the street is free from 6 pm-8 am Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday and holidays. The meter must be paid during the day. There is the option of the pay parking lot next door for $30/day.
