This spacious loft is recently remodeled, the open concept floor plan has break this place into 2 bedrooms area ,1 dining room with full-size kitchen ,1 bathroom, walking in closet and plenty storage space make it perfect for a quick business trip or a family getaway, Whole house is fully equipped with all living and cooking essentials, Large TV and high-speed internet.

The Loft is located 2nd floor within a commercial building access from private patio area, which blocks most street noise and creates a very private living area. With only three other apartments in the building, this second story apartment is as isolated as you can be when in this part of downtown. A short flight of stairs brings you up into a very spacious studio that easily accommodates two queen beds, a queen pull out sofa sleeper, and available queen-sized electric air mattress.

ACE Parking: Located at 6th ave Ash street this garage offers hourly and daily rates @$15
6th & A: Situated right across our building, it provides both hourly and daily parking options.
This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. This area is safe and completely harmless, The San Diego City Council voted 5-4 on June 13 2023 to adopt a controversial policy to ban homeless encampments on public property after hearing hours of public testimony. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people outside the area, please feel free to call us 24/7 we will provide further detailed assistance .The 24 hour public security service office is located 1 block away ,they are on shifts everyday to remove the shady characters.
There is no smoking or drugs allowed anywhere on this property.
