Positive: We struggled to find a good hotel or Airbnb option to visit Berlin. It was either too expensive or too inconvenient for my wife and our 4-month-old baby girl. So we looked around Berlin and found this option, which we liked right away. So, during your Berlin visit, if you have car, then it's perfect. You live in a spacious house just within short driving distance from Berlin center. Free parking, large terrace, kitchen, large bathroom, huge shopping mall right across the street. Much better option, rather than spending a fortune for an 18 square meter tiny hotel room.
Summary: Affordable and comfy option when visiting Berlin. Within short (20 min) driving distance.
