•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM.
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 2 AM (fees will apply after 12AM).
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
