Large lot with lawn and sprawling stone walls; sunroom with ample seating and card table; lake views every room; Home accommodates 8 in beds with a maximum of 8 people permitted. Bedrooms upstairs: two with queens one with two twins and a queen bedroom on the main level; bottom level has sectional couch with large TV and custom bar with 8 barstools. Large picture window with wicker couch and rocking chairs that looks out upon the lake; fire pit and barbeque outside; built in steps to walk in to the water; canoe and kayak can be launched from the dock; paddle around the lake on which there are few power boats at any one time; swim to the raft; lake is spring fed, pristine and stocked with fish; no smoking inside, no pets, and no children under 8 years of age unless otherwise agreed.

Summary: Our diverse group of ages and activity levels had a wonderful time at this home. This home had everything we needed; plenty of room to spread out, canoes, kayaks, a great kitchen and several places to eat. This lake was clean and deep, we floated around for seven days and never saw a weed. Everything we needed was within 10 minutes of this home; Old Sturbridge Villiage, antique shops, multiple hiking trails, breweries, and excellent restaurants. The area is very friendly. We highly reccommend this area and this comfortable home.
