Positive: very good position, close to the center. nice apartment for 3 persons with a huge TV and new furniture. amazing bathroom even if not big. THe host is super nice and help ful. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN! great job. Price for value is a good deal.
Negative: lack of Air conditioning could be a big deal with the heat. the apartment is open to the iat only on 1 side (with 2 windows): not a big deal and it is in line with FR standards, but this is limiting the air change. If it is rainy you cannot open the bedroom window since the constructor made the window with no protection from outside falling water. Nothing that the host can do about, it is okay like this :)
