This is camping in our personal 30ft RV on 8 private acres on a family farm retreat area. From 8 am to 9 pm, campers have use of the heated barn common area with a full kitchen, toilets, laundry facilities, and shower. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the coop. There is a private picnic table with umbrella and a group fire pit with firewood provided. There are many games to play inside or we have a basketball hoop, frisbee's, and other outside games. We have bee hives. We have over 800 planted Christmas trees. We have grid tie solar that will provides 125% of our yearly power needs. We are only allowing a 30 day maximum stay.
We are 12 miles or 15 minutes off Interstate 5. We charge EV vehicles.

Summary: Great place to stay! Beautiful property. Michael was very helpful and responsive. We didn't spend a lot of time there due to graduation events but an evening with popcorn and a movie with the big screen TV was so much better than a hotel. I want to come again when we can stay a little longer.
