We are located just 4 miles from the closest Mark Twain Lake access, which has hiking trails as well. Fish, hunt, or love to explore small towns? This is the place for you. The entire home was gutted a rehabbed in 2022. All the systems are also brand new. The main floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floorplan for living spaces. The lower level is also finished and provides an additional bunk room, day bed, and a living room with a pull-out couch. There is also a 3rd bathroom and laundry room in the lower level.
You will have access to the entire home and property. There is a large barn on the property as well that will be locked from access. However, you can use the outlets on the barn if needed to charge boat batteries or anything else.
