The newly renovated house stands on a 1800 square meter sunny plot, nestled in the southwest of Halland the charming holiday region. The holiday home offers a fresh and modern equipment and is constantly modernized. The house has two equally sized beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom has been fitted with a new box spring bed. In the living room you will find a new facility with a sofa bed, satellite TV system, book corner and a high quality fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc.
The kitchen seating group is suitable for 6 people. The bathroom has a large shower, mirror cabinet, shelf and a toilet. In the basement of the house the washing machine awaits your visit.
The cozy winter garden and the south terrace
invite you to relax.
For the winter garden and the terrace there are seating areas, benches, parasols and sun loungers on site.
Enjoy the fireplace on cozy autumn days or the barbecue in the garden.

In spring 2017, the floor in the bedrooms and conservatory was laid out with Mammut planks. This is hygienic and beautiful. For the children there is a trampoline. The 12 km long Mellbystrand is only 5 minutes away. Within 10 minutes there is a summer toboggan run, bungee and an action cable car. For mountain bikers there are perfect routes. There are perfect hiking trails on the bear peninsula.
New for the vacationers 2020: the conservatory is finished with new seating and table. The wooden terrace will be enlarged to better enjoy the new lounge furniture. Furthermore, in the kitchen and in the living room, the floor with Mammut planks was renewed and replaced the seating area in the kitchen. The final cleaning can be booked for 80, - Euro.
