This Lower Pac Heights 2/2 top floor loft condo with a secure parking space features views of Nob Hill and the California Street Cable Car. A short walk to Lafayette Park, public transportation, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and many many dining options. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a well stocked modern kitchen. Laundry facilities on-site. Amenities include high speed internet and big screen smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. Tech commuter buses stop just steps from your door. A short walk to trendy Polk Street, Fillmore, and Japan Town.
Local rules require us to offer you the option of staying month-to-month for at least a year. Our guests are typically travel nurses or other contract employees with stays of 3-6 months, folks on internships, and digital nomads who work from "any home." Our booking term is set at 90 days to 1 year. If you pay for a stay of less than a year, you have the right to extend your stay at the same monthly rate. Rate increases and termination after the first year are governed by state and local regulations.

Summary: Convenient to everything — an easy walk, bus, trolley, or Uber to everywhere with convenient garage parking as well. Apartment was easy and pleasant and had all the basics. Two easy blocks from both Whole Foods and a great dog park.
