The Space:
Tiny Retreat by the River by Tiny Away, offers a serene wilderness escape in Goongerah, nestled along the Brodribb River in Gippsland, just an hour from Orbost. The farm stay is near Mount Ellery and close to spots like Errinundra National Park, Martins Creek Scenic Reserve, McKillops Bridge, Marlo, and Snowy River National Park.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our equestrian accommodation is set in a rural area with abundant wildlife, including wombats, peacocks, and more. We work to keep a safe, natural habitat for these animals. For everyone's safety, please avoid vegetated areas.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home but must not go through any closed gates except the gate to the river, which leads to off-leash dog runs.
Pre-orders are available with 24 hrs’ notice (extra fee): 1-Hour Crafting Session with the crew, Firewood Bundles or Wheelbarrow Loads, and a Wood-Fired Hot tub.
Equestrian activities are available with prior notice as well, include 1.5 hr Guided Trail Walk, 60 mins Therapy Horse Session, Pony Play, and Horse Clicker Training, and Group Sessions. More information is available at equinefusion.net.

CAUTION: For your safety and to prevent snake bites, please avoid walking through tall grass, and wear long loose pants with closed-toed shoes like boots or sneakers when exploring the property.
Important note:
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
- Due to the December 2019 Black Summer bushfires, some stray wire or burnt posts might still be on the property. We’re actively rebuilding and re-fencing, so please report anything you find.
