This villa is ideally located on the edge of Moorea lagoon, between the Intercontinental Hotel and the beach Tipaniers , positioned at the center of a field of more than 1500 m2.
It has 2 bedrooms facing the lagoon + 2 bathrooms , around a large deck also facing the magnificent lagoon of Moorea. Of course you get a kitchen, a lounge , free internet , a large terrace with wicker and table for 6 people , 2 chairs in the garden and 2 armchairs. Children can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room again . As usual you will find a new bedding and high quality (Boutique Hotel ) , as well as sheets and towels .
You can easily take a kayak or paddle and paddle about 200m to find yourself amidst a sumptuous spot stingrays and sharks!

Summary: The location is the reason to book this property. Located beachfront on the north shore you have a great ocean view from a fantastic backyard with combination of grass and trees to offer shading, plenty of lounge seating for sun or shade. Those who want to relax and enjoy will love it (my wife and sister). Those who are outdoorsy will love it (me and my brother in law) as there are four kayaks available to cruise the waters with sharks and stingrays nearby and with a little more effort a great snorkeling spot on the west side of the coco beach island. The home is in good condition though is dated. The second bedroom is only accessed from the outside which was fine for us (we were all adults) but may not be great with families with small kids. We enjoyed our stay.
