This cottage is a little Irish gem. If you are looking for that something special for your next holiday then you have found the right place ! Ti Tom Ban, is a newly refurbished traditional style cottage with a modern twist ! You are immediately struck by high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, yet still retaining many original features. The heart of the cottage is the fireplace with a wood burning stove perfect to sit around after a fun filled day in Connemara and enjoy a glass of wine, read a book or have a sing song. Set in a peaceful rural area along a quiet laneway offering peace & tranquillity. Great place for walks or cycling. This cottage is full of charm and traditional features that will make your stay one to remember. When entering the cottage you are immediately struck by the warm home from home feeling of this very stylish, old Irish cottage. From the front door you walk into the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area. To the left of the cottage is a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a window overlooking the front of the yard. From the kitchen area there is a door leading to a shower room with wc and sink unit. There is breakfast bar/table with 4 stools for dining. The sitting room area is very cosy with a 2 seater couch and 2 comfy armchairs surrounding the large stove, great place to relax in the evening after a fun filled day. There is a door leading to the patio area to the back of the cottage where one can enjoy a bbq and dine al fresco overlooking the countryside. There are 2 windows offering ample natural sunlight To the left of the sitting room area are stairs leading to a small mezzanine area where one could sit and enjoying reading. There is a small single bedroom with hanging space and a small window to the front of the cottage. Upon entering the bedroom you will find an old butter urn ! From the sitting room area there is a door leading to a large master bedroom with ample wall to wall fitted wardrobe space, there is a window overlooking the front of the cottage. To the right of the room there are narrow stairs leading to a further double bedroom, the roof is into the eaves, there is separate wc and sink unit. Exterior: There is ample parking space for 2 cars. To the side of the cottage is a shed housing the outdoor furniture and BBQ - this is a great place to store wet gear or golf clubs. There is a paved patio area to the back of the cottage. This cottage is perfect for 4 adults - the stairs to the right hand bedroom are narrow and should be used with caution. Strickly no pets or smoking.
