This detached stone cottage is in an elevated position on the fringes of Lettermore village, close to the sea in County Galway. The property dates back over 100 years, and used to be the village shop. Now, this building offers accommodation for up to six people, comprising of three double en-suite rooms, a kitchen with solid fuel stove, a utility room and a lounge with open fire and exposed stone walls. To make the most of the impressive views, there is also a sun room with French windows opening onto the garden. The cottage has been lovingly restored to provide spacious and welcoming accommodation, full of character and original features, yet still benefits from modern conveniences.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, internet via ethernet cable, library of books, CDs and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Terraced patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, leading to lawned area to the rear of the property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Owner speaks Irish and French.
