This villa is on a private section of the beach on Akumal Bay, where there are no rocks or sargasso! The location is fantastic, the house is just steps from everything - perfect for small children or those with mobility issues. Just a stone's throw away is restaurants, markets, tennis, dive center, a spa, and more. No move in's on the day of inquiry. Due to COVID, there must be 24 hour's notice in order to sanitize and prep. PLEASE NOTE: A $100 CASH DEPOSIT is required upon arrival for keys and beach towels. Also, no loud music allowed after 11PM. Extra Features: The Villa is completely walled with 24-hour security and 3 car garage. Maid Service 6 times per week. The Apartment is separate from the villa located at the entrance of the property. This Apartment is two floors and has a full kitchen and dining room on the first floor. The large living area and a large balcony on the upper floor, offering wonderful views of the gardens. The Apartment Master features a king bed and a luxurious bathroom on the upper floor. The Apartment first-floor suite is the smallest of all the accommodations. It offers a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The decor is light and open. The Deluxe Bungalow Suite is the best of all - near the others, but, totally separate and perfect for those needing privacy! It is quite exotic with ocean views, an outdoor shower, private terrace, TV, AC, mini-fridge, wifi, and more... And of course a king bed and a twin, the only bedroom with sleeping for 3. It is on the poolside of the villa, detached from the main building for added privacy. The villa rents as a 6 bedroom complex (also as a 3 and 4 bedroom villa - please inquire if interested in a smaller set up for smaller groups). During certain times such as low season or last minute when the villa is vacant, smaller groups of travelers have the option of experiencing the bedroom suites - contact us if interested in renting them. If rented as a villa it is a private rental. If renting Studios, Suite or the Apartment, the common areas are shared as a condo or hotel type environment. Each bedroom can host 2 guests, the Bungalow Suite can host 3.
