Enjoy preparing meals with a view, and then gather around the dining table to savor your culinary creations. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. The main level bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. Upstairs find the spacious master suite, complete with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom, also equipped with a tiled shower. Lastly, the third bedroom is on the lowest level and features a king bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Wake up to the sight of rolling mountains and start your day on a peaceful note! The lower level is also furnished with a pool table, a wood-burning stove, flatscreen TV, and a trundle sofa (twin on top and twin pull out underneath).
The recently added hot tub on the lower deck is a luxurious addition, offering the perfect spot to relax and soak in the tranquility of the mountains. Imagine stargazing from the warmth of the bubbling water after an exciting day of exploring, surrounded by the crisp mountain air—it's an experience that will rejuvenate both body and soul.

Additional Notes:
- Please note that this homeowner has an exterior camera pointing at the driveway. No other cameras point at the home or any of the common areas.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace and wood stove may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. All main roads on App Ski Mountain are paved but can be quite steep in some places (including the driveway)
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
