Welcome to the Phoenix Hero House!
We have cultivated a property that we think will fit every guest's needs - from family vacations, friend's trips, and especially birthdays - we have it all.
Our themed house/bedrooms, games, and partner businesses will delight children and families, while our FULLY stocked detached game garage is perfect for adults who love cards, bar games, and sports.
We are also close to multiple high-end spa/shopping centers, hiking, and Spring Training!
I live nearby and am available if needed!
You are centrally located in Phoenix on a quiet dead end street with plentiful parking.
Guests have access to the whole home and garage, except the top unit.
•Detached Garage (Marvel)
Includes Marvel themed pool table, professional shuffleboard table, Avengers Poker Table (poker chips/cards included), couch seating for five (5) on our Iron-Man themed rug facing a 75" OLED TV (Disney+ included), multiple bar stools, bar tables, regular table with four chairs, as well as a refrigerator and storage cabinet. We do not have AC in the garage, however, there is a ceiling mounted swamp cooler.
•Living Room features four (4) accent chairs, bookshelves full of Marvel collectibles, books, and games, as well as a sectional with a 50" TV and free Disney+.
Our 3 Bedrooms all have different themes/amenities:
• Master Room (Captain America)–
King Bed with Beautiful En-Suite Bathroom, Memory Foam Mattress, Bamboo Sheets, vanity lamp USB charging ports, remote-controlled ceiling fan/light, and a large walk-in closet.
-The walk-in closet has been converted in an Incredible Hulk themed game area for children, to include an Xbox One with Marvel Lego game included, a retro arcade game, and seating. The other half of the closet is still set up for clothing, suitcases, etc.
• 2nd Bedroom (Iron-Man) –
Queen Bed, Closet, Memory Foam Mattress, Bamboo Sheets, ceiling fan, and nightstand with Iron-Man bedside lamp. Enjoy Iron-Man themed LEGO art on the wall, as well as bright colors and decals.
• 3rd Bedroom (Spider-Man) –
Bunk Bed (Full sized mattresses), Memory Foam Mattresses, Bamboo Sheets, ceiling fan, and closet. Decorated with a city skyline and Spider-Man art/decals - Adults and children alike will enjoy falling asleep to the star-studded city skyline.
--4th Sleeping Option: Sofa in Living Room pulls out into a futon.

There is plentiful parking here at the home and you can easily grab a Lyft/Uber.
There is a swamp cooler in the garage and will help cool the garage during the summertime. We do NOT have AC or central heat in the garage, however, we do have a space heater for the winter months.
