Our beautiful home sits on the beach! Guests will appreciate the sunshine, sand, and seashells just steps from our large, beautiful deck. The YOLO House is conveniently located on the beach 4.4 miles east of Surfside Bridge on Bluewater Highway. Surfside Village is a short 45 minute drive from downtown Houston. Lake Jackson, just 10 minutes away, provides guests additional recreation and resources such as a cinema, shopping, and dining options after a day at the beach.
The YOLO House boasts 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and can sleep twelve guests comfortably. Stylish and fun decor, The YOLO House provides the ultimate relaxation atmosphere. Washer and dryer are provided for guest use. Bedrooms One and Two are primary suites with private bathrooms. Bedrooms Three and Four have bunk beds that include a Twin Bed on top, Full Bed, and a Twin Trundle Pull-Out. All bedrooms have flat screen high definition televisions. The Family Room includes leather sectional, flat screen high definition television and a beach view. Kitchen and dining room have seating for twelve and an open floor plan. Beachfront deck provides a perfect entertainment area and dining or just relaxing on the amazing swing bed. There is a grill on the lower level for guests to use as well.
Please note we do not rent our home for parties nor do we accept inquiries for proms or any college or high school groups. Our property is marketed to families or mature adults who are looking for a place to relax and have fun in a responsible manner. OUR NON SMOKING policy is strictly enforced.
