I am delighted to showcase this unique vacation rental with it’s contemporary luxe vibe. I think it’s a uncommon hidden gem. Please note: there are 4 ground level vacation rentals for you to choose from. If you require more space you can book more than one listing at a time. Upon entering this unit it’s my hope that your shoulders will relax from your travels as you sit on the grey tufted sofa and blue luxurious velvet chairs in the gathering area. The chosen decorative items reflect this rentals unique personality. The walls are flanked with tasteful artwork.
This location is convenient to The Woodlands main attractions, IAH airport, Cynthia Woods pavilion and revelers attending the Texas Renaissance Festival. Inside the open gathering area it’s ideal for cooking and eating meals while streaming your favorite TV/music stations on the wall mounted smart TV. As in most people’s home the favorite gathering place is the kitchen. Here you will find multiple seating vignettes within close proximity to the kitchen. The kitchen has a K cup style coffee maker, electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer. In addition there are metiously chosen kitchen utensils and appliances for your use. Right off the kitchen there is seating for two people at the counter. Also, there is seating for six at the dining table. For your confidence there is a full size washer/dryer with travel size detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. In the hallway there is a full bathroom with a low profile glass door standup shower with plush towels. All the bedrooms have premium mattress & hotel quality bed linens to sleep six people. The secondary bedroom has two identical full size beds. Within the primary queen size bedroom there is an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub / shower combo with plush towels. Also, there is a wall mounted smart TV for you to stream your favorite TV / music station. From the primary bedroom our guest will have access to a outdoor patio with a seating area. Please feel free to smoke, vape or hookah outside on the patio. Please be respectful of the neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours of 9pm - 9am. Summary: Our stay was very good. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen is really beautiful and has everything we needed. The bedroom was good but the curtains were a problem. They don’t block out the light and there is a security light right there. Also the people above us were very noisy.
