Our beautifully decorated condo has 2 queen beds, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, and a full-size washer & dryer. The breakfast table sits in front of a gorgeous picture window, making it a serene spot to enjoy your meals or have a relaxing cup of tea. Enjoy some outdoor time on our gated, private deck overlooking the spacious backyard. The living room has a beautiful decorative fireplace encasing electric candles to give our guests some cozy ambience while enjoying a little downtime on the soft, velvet couch and loveseat. The condo is on one level with no neighbors above or below, however, there are 4 stairs leading up to the front door and a full staircase off the back deck.
You will find smart TV’s located in the living room and in each bedroom, with complimentary Netflix access. Fast Wi-Fi is provided along with a desk and chair for anyone needing to get some work done.
All linens and bath towels are provided and meticulously sanitized. Bedroom pillows are covered with waterproof protective covers and are washed and sanitized after every guest, along with waterproof mattress protectors. We are very conscientious about cleaning and sanitizing the condo thoroughly between each guest.

Guest access
This is a private booking and guests will have the entire condo to themselves. The only locked areas are the owner's closet in the hallway and the outdoor storage area off the back deck.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome at our condo, but there will be a nonrefundable pet fee of $50 to cover additional cleaning. Please note, this fee does not cover damages, so if your dog damages any items during your stay, you may incur additional charges. With that being said, we love dogs and want your pooch to have a comfy stay as well!
Dog Rules:
- 2 dog maximum per booking
- Each dog must be 50 lbs or under
- Dogs must be leashed at all times while walking the grounds (there is a great dog park nearby for off-leash play - we provide details in the condo booklet)
- Poop must be picked up immediately and placed in outdoor trash can
- Please cover couches with provided waterproof protective covers during your stay
