Summary: Sent several requests to have the bathroom cleaned. Never received this service even though the bathroom's unclean condition was evident upon my check in. Bathroom towels were not clean and smelly. Mattress in one of the rooms was totally used up and saggy. Not only that I will never come back to this location, I will never use Lowkl ever again. Mere sorry for the discomfort type of messages are dime a dozen, your service and its level is everything. My recommendation to Expedia is to remove your listings altogether and never to allow its customers to be duped by your subpar, totally ignorant and inadequate services.
