Welcome to The Unicorn, a magical mid-century wonderland. Our Palm Springs getaway is a classic 1950's home designed by famed mid-century architect Jack Meiselman.

We offer three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, this stylish home boasts a lavishing large backyard complete with peaceful seclusion, covered dining area, misters and a heated pool.
The Unicorn is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs, a short walk to Palm Canyon Drive, The Margaritaville Hotel, and Toucans Nightclub. We look forward to hosting you during your next vacation in the stunning desert!

Other items to note:
- Optional fee of $50 per day will be assessed should you elect to have pool heat. (Available during winter months only.)
- Palm Springs City tax of 11.5% and TBID 1% assessment applies to rent and cleaning fee and is not included in the quoted price. You will be sent an additional invoice for the tax.
- All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed.
Check-in time is 4pm, checkout is 11am. Early check-in and/or late checkout may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.
Note: The property pool is serviced on Monday and Thursday afternoons and the gardener comes on Wednesdays.
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will sign upon arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. The pool is not fenced. Families traveling with small children will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
The house is NOT pet friendly. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Please note: all legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
