Summary: The home was better than the pictures and the pictures made it an easy choice. It was amazingly clean and more roomy and comfortable than we expected. The backyard deck and lawn area are very spacious and clean with large TV, gas grill, covered patio with ceiling fan. The lawn was artificial, but very pleasingly done and seemingly well kept and clean. We only stayed 2 nights for a family wedding where all events were within a block of E 7th Street and within 1 mile of house. Parking and using our vehicle was a breeze as was using Uber/Lyft in the evening. Never worried about security immediately on the street the house is on, but probably would have been very cautious after dark if by myself or just my wife and I. We would choose this home again in a minute for another stay in E Austin with older kids and their +1s or small families. Could not have hoped for better. Lastly, Austin was amazingly responsive, polite/professional and willing to answer our questions both leading in to our arrival and once we were there. Thank you, Austin!
