The Space:
The home is surrounded by native flora and wildlife, blending in seamlessly with it's timber designs.
Make your way into the property, up the staircase on the left-hand-side. Once you have reached the first level, you will find the entrance to the downstairs bedroom. Step inside and instantly be hit with school camp nostalgia. The room houses two comfortable single beds, a pull-out trundle, and an ensuite/laundry.
The ensuite is fully appointed, with a bathtub, shower and some storage space within the vanity. This space also has access to the property's yards, which leads onto the decking and an additional exterior staircase that provides access to the homes main floor.
Make your way up the exterior stone staircase which leads to the homes main entrance. Once reaching the top, you will be greeted by a spacious timber deck that wraps itself around the homes exterior. The stunning timber architecture continues through to into the main floor where you will find the open lounge, dining and kitchen areas, along with a curved staircase providing you with access to the main bathroom and upstairs bedrooms.
The living area bursts with natural lighting and spectacular views from all angles. The room includes ample seating, a toasty fireplace, unique décor and designs, a smart TV, and boardgame's and toys. The room also has a large, reverse cycle air conditioning unit in place to ensure that guests are kept comfortable throughout the changing seasons.
Step into the open kitchen-dining space, where you will find all that you require right at your fingertips. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing you with all the appliances and essentials required to cook those soul-warming, home-cooked meals. Sit at the 6-seater dining suite, where you can enjoy views of the surrounding bushland, hills and homes.
The outdoors are seamlessly integrated into the space via the large, bifold doors. Open these up, and let the fresh air flow into the room. Enjoy a tasty BBQ on the deck on the lovely outdoor dining suite, bask in the sunshine in the day, or admire the starry skies at night.
Make your way upstairs and find the master suite. This space breathes 'blissful retreat'. Inside you will find a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and beautiful double doors that open up onto the adjoining deck. The showstopper here is the luxurious outdoor spa, where you can spend hours soaking within the serene, natural surrounds.
Next to bedroom, is the homes main bathroom which includes a lovely single-shower, ample storage space, an additional bathtub, and charming and unique touches and furnishings.
On the other side of the bathroom is where you will find the third bedroom. This room showcases beautiful bush views, an array of storage space options and access to the outdoors. The lovely, adjoining outdoor area has a colourful hammock foy you to relax in, and play equipment for the kids, including a see-saw and swing!
The surrounding yards are yours to explore. You will be treated with wildlife day and night, large grounds where you will find an array of natural flora, and a firepit area, where you can sit and roast marshmallows, whilst enjoying the magnificent views.
Please note: You need to use the outside stairs to enter the top and bottom sections of the house. There is no internal stairs that joins the space down stairs with the single beds and the main area of the house upstairs.

Riverside is a unique and peaceful suburb, sitting on the hillside west of Launceston. A self-contained suburb, Riverside offers a large shopping complex including a well-equipped Woolworths, gift shop, a pharmacy, a bakery and more.

Only 10 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Launceston City has a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge. A spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

Other Things to Note:
There are several staircases located within, and around the property. The outdoor stairs and decking can become very slippery the colder months and wet weather. Please watch your step, and be mindful of these.
The downstairs bedroom is separate to the main house and can only be accessed via the external stairs.
We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
Parts of the driveway are quite steep, and unpaved. The average width of the driveway is 3.1metres wide.
Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
