Positive: Very easy to communicate with friendly host. Location near shops, restaurants, breakfast places, animated food market with plenty of various takeaway or eat-in dishes, lunch and evening. Walking distance to public transport, including one of the yellow trams :) Otherwise, if you are a group to split the costs, taxi is a fabulous option. 2 bathrooms and toilets-great if going with another couple!
Negative: One definitely does get used to it but the area, like many in Lisbon no doubt, is on the flight path to the airport.
Summary: Clean, spacious and well-equipped appartment in nice area
