This lovely 2-bedroom, 1 bath New Orleans Shotgun Style Bungalow borders historic Uptown. Take a short walk to Tipitina's or stroll down to Magazine Street for tons of local shopping with shops, restaurants, art galleries, and a grocery store right outside your front door!
There are also plenty of restaurants tucked away throughout the area including; Frankie & Johnny’s, Patois, Clancy’s, Picnic, Avo, Domolise’s, Wishing Town, Reginelli’s Pizza & Saba. All of these are within walking distance.
This home is full of classic New Orleans charm, including hardwood floors, high ceilings, crown molding, and other original architectural details. Shotgun style means you walk straight through each room from front to back! Enter the living room, then the bedroom, hall with bath, and finally the kitchen. Our laundry room is just outside the backdoor in the adjacent shed. We also have a Smart TV & WiFi.
The entire space is available for guests. This is a once bedroom unit in which the bedroom does not have a door to shut itself off from the rest of the home. There are cased opening passageways to enter each room. The bathroom does have a lockable door. We are also located across the street from the grocery store, which makes gathering groceries for your crew as you arrive very convenient!

Our home is located right on the edge of the famous Irish Channel neighborhood in New Orleans. This is a thriving, cultural district - walk to your favorite Mardi Gras parades. Commander's Palace, Delachaise Wine Bar, Shaya, Mignon Faget, Atchafalaya, Turkey and the Wolf, Stien's Deli, The Bulldog, Miel Brewery, Tchoup Yard, and NOLA Brewery are all at your fingertips - just to name a few spots! We are also located across the street from a grocery store and just a quick 10 minute car ride away from the famous New Orleans French Quarter and Downtown!
