As you enter the condo, you will immediately recognize the high level of attention the owners put into the unit, from custom art work to technology. Two bedrooms flank either side as you enter the entertainment space which includes a gorgeous stainless steel kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area and TV entertainment area. In the colder weather, the fireplace provides warmth and comfort. The large balcony (covered) includes a top of the line gas grill for your grilling pleasure as well as a large outdoor TV for all those sports fanatics, coupled with a custom outdoor cedar table. The view of Grandfather Mountain will blow you away. The master bedroom is off the entertainment space and also includes its own fireplace, as well as, a beautiful bathroom with double vanities and dual shower heads. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. For all you cooks, yes, it's a GAS stove. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer. This is a 3 "Bedroom Unit" and sleeps 6 comfortably, however we have provided a roll away twin mattress and an air mattress to accommodate parties of up to 8. All linens are provided for your stay. All bedrooms have Smart TV's for your pleasure. The Echota and Chalakee neighborhood is only minutes from Downtown Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock, coupled with being right in the middle of the the two ski resorts!
